Total Synergy 2016 client satisfaction survey results

A letter from Total Synergy CEO Scott Osborne.

I’m very proud to release the results of our 2016 client satisfaction survey results.

The 2016 results are presented in the infographic below and I’m delighted to say we saw a small uptick in results.

2016 sees our overall satisfaction rating up two percent to 98 percent. Satisfaction with Total Synergy services is also up two percent to 96, though satisfaction with Total Synergy products dropped two percent to 96, compared to 2015 results.

The other headline results are a four percent increase in recommending Total Synergy to 96 percent, and I’m thrilled to say we still have a 100 percent score for Total Synergy being important to our clients’ businesses (78 percent very important, 22 percent important).

Despite these very positive numbers, we take negative feedback and criticism seriously. The survey is an opportunity for our clients to give us direct criticism and my leadership team and I make a point of speaking to every single client with concerns.

2017 AND BEYOND 

The future of Synergy lies in the new, pure cloud product we’re launching very soon. To ensure the product continues to grow and develop in advance of your business needs, 2017 has already seen two new members added to the product development team, enabling us to continue developing and innovating for the future of your businesses.

We’re also focused on how we support your own needs and capabilities with Synergy. We’re actively recruiting new team members in client support and technical writing roles to add strength and depth to the day-to-day support we offer clients, and in the depth and quality of technical content for online learning, knowledge, and help content.

I’m continually humbled by the feedback, good and bad, that we receive from you, our clients. We work very hard every day to create an environment that inspires and motivates the team to continue to strive to do the best job we can for you. Your feedback drives us forward — thank you.
