5 benefits of periodic payments with Synergy

We introduced periodic payments for Synergy Practice Management software recently and it’s off to a flying start!

Existing clients with perpetual licenses that subscribe to Support, Upgrade and Maintenance, can now pay with bi-annual or quarterly schedules in addition to the standard annual schedule - and our new named user license is available for new clients with monthly billing per named user.

Now we’re off and running, here are five key benefits of Synergy’s new periodic billing options...

Cash flow

Easier on your cash flow – no need to worry about that big dent in your cash flow once a year, now you can ensure smaller payments are spread more evenly over the year.

Named users

New clients can have named users – if you’re scaling up for big projects, you can add contracting staff as named users and pay for their license for the time they are working on the project (minimum 12 months). After 12 months you can scale back, or up, to the number you need. Payments are monthly so you know you can scale your business management technology resources to meet your team resources.

Support, Upgrade and Maintenance

Support, Upgrade and Maintenance (SUM) included – for all named user agreements, SUM is included. This means you have access to our helpdesk, client services support, new versions and all the other good support and maintenance stuff we offer from our in-house team here in Sydney.

Automatic payments

Automatic payments by credit card – it’s simple to login to your Synergy Cloud Service Account section and update credit card payments. This means your periodic payments are handled automatically as well as the re-licensing of the system.
